Attorney
Mark has served his clients in various fiduciary capacities for over 14 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark worked for a large bank and subsequently worked as a real estate broker.
While at the bank, serving as a banker and an investment advisor, Mark assisted his clients achieve their financial goals by tailoring various financial solutions to their needs. Transitioning from the banking industry, Mark became a successful real estate broker. With his help, hundreds of families were able to move on with their lives after a successful negotiation of sale of their homes with lenders and lien holders via the short sale process. For his efforts as a broker, he became a finalist for Sacramento Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 and was Sacramento Magazine’s Five Star Award recipient for five years in a row. In his role as a fiduciary for his clients, the greatest joy and pride for Mark has been the reward of satisfaction of his clients as a result of his careful, attentive and dedicated service. At Maloof Law Group, Mark’s interest is to practice law and continue to provide an outstanding level of service and of value to his clients.
Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction and Honors, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. He holds a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. While at Lincoln Law School, Mark was a recipient of a number of merit-based scholarships, was on Dean’s List and participated in a National Moot Court competition at UC Davis.
Mark is happily married, has a son and a daughter. Outside of the office, his interests include arts and music. He enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel with his family.
